Na, hát ismét találtam JÓ dolgokat a neten :o)

Már egy dán zenei oldalon is írnak a SOLARIS FUSION-ről és maxijáról az újdonságok között, az európai körkép részben (WHAT HAPPENS IN EUROPE?)! /kb. az oldal első negyedénél/:

As a follow-up of the cult band Solaris , Solaris Fusion was founded in May 2007. Their first maxi has just been released: Mystica (BGCD183). The instrumentation of the new band is keyboards, guitar, flute, bass and drums (the rhythm section being the ex-members of Solaris). Their main objective is to increase the recognition and acceptance of progressive rock music.

Egy holland zenei oldalon pedig még többet találtam :o))

- Az oldal elején a SF maxijáról az alábbi értékelés olvasható:

SOLARIS FUSION – Mystica
- This Hungarian five piece band is a musical project by the Solaris rhythm-section. Their debut CD entitled Mystica contains two tracks.

1. Mystica (4.11) : After a dreamy the moods shift from compelling to a bit sultry featuring bombastic keyboard orchestrations, sparkling flute, a powerful rhythm-section and propulsive guitar riffs.

2. Secret At Mahagma (5.19) : This song starts mellow with twanging guitar, flute and soaring keyboards, followed by a slow rhythm that gradually changes into more dynamic with lush keyboards. Then a slight accellaration with a tight beat and propulsive guitar riffs, culminating into a bombastic final part delivering fiery and howling electric guitar runs. Remarkable is the omnipresent flute work.

No doubt, this is a very short album but also a very promising one, an adventurous sound that tastes to more!

- kicsit lejjebb, Attiláék legutóbbi lemezéről ezt írják:

MUSICAL WITCHCRAFT III – Psalms & Soundtrack
- This is the third album by the Hungarian musical project Musical Witchcraft, led by Solaris fluteplayer Kollar Attila. He is accompanied by a wide range of musicians on acoustic instrument and one player on the electric guitar he joins the company in 3 tracks (he delivers a wonderful solo in the final track). The music sounds mainly as a warm and pleasant blend of folk and classical with a lot of room for the flute (also flute traverse evoking Ian Anderson) and violin along conga’s, some harmonica and acoustic guitar (one solo contains beautiful tremolo guitar work). If you are up to a sound that is based upon classical and folk, this is an album to discover.

6. Patriarcal (13.08) : This song has a contribution from Eduardo Amaya on bass (he’s the father of keyboardist Agustin and drummer Juan and plays in Pulso) and Nexus their guitarplayer Carlos Lucena. The first part delivers a sensitive electric guitar solo and soaring strings, evoking the atmosphere from Grobschnitt their magnum opus “Solar music”. Then an up- tempo rhythm with dynamic drums and an organ solo, supported by great electric guitarplay. This long composition delivers many good soli on guitar (fiery, wah-wah), swinging piano and spectacular synthesizer and strong interplay between a jazzy piano and fiery electric guitar. The final part has a mid-tempo, the bombastic sound and exciting interplay between the fiery electric guitar, organ and propulsive rhythm- section evokes the sensational sound from Hungarian progrock legend Solaris, great!

Ha valaki megtalálja a neten ezt a számot, szóljon, szívesen meghallgatnám! :o)

/Csak egy korábbi számukat találtam meg./
