TOUR OF LUXEMBURG (June 6 - 10, 2007)

The Tour of Luxemburg will be contested from June 6 until June 10, 2007. The Prologue will be held in the city of Luxemburg itself. Over five days a hilly circuit awaits the contestants, with a final arrival in the capital of Luxemburg. Of the Astana Cycling Team members who will take part in this challenge, Benoît Joachim should be particularly mentioned, since he will almost race through his own front yard. The Luxemburger finished second in 2000 and fourth in 2001 and will be accompanied by cyclists like Igor Abakoumov (BEL) and the sprinter Aaron Kemps (AUS).
