First of all, thanks for your e-mail. I'll answer it, but I think only on weekend.

Yes. That's right, but it's not too easy sometimes. Many times I don't have enough will and that's why I can't do it. Or I can do it, but not perfect.

Maybe I have to change my manners or customs etc. And discipline is very important.

So I try to practise it as much as I can.
