Jeanette Landray sings on all but five of the tracks on the blue sunshine album and was picked by Robert & Steve after a long search, which also included an advert on the John Peel show.
 Jeanette was a dancer at the time and became involved in the album by keeping on at Steve & Robert. In an interview at the time Jeanette said, "As soon as I found out that Steve & Robert were doing an album I kept on at them to let me do something on it. They auditioned a lot of people for it but I ended up being the Lucky one" and she went on to say "It was great doing it. Really good, but a bit strange. They recorded it at night, so I was doing that at night and rehearsing for a dance during the day. I felt really cut off from everything"
Jeanette wrote one song for the album but Steve & Robert rejected this. :)))

She had previously worked on Top Of The Pops, The Video Entertainers and a Pink Floyd Video.
