  • Jodl, Alfred: Jodl was the Chief of Operations for the German High Command and was active in planning the attacks against Norway, Holland, Poland, Greece, Yugoslavia, and Russia. He was responsible for the elimination of the Soviet commissars, but used the defense of ‘superior orders’, prohibited by Article 8 of the Charter as a defense.
