If you really want to follow day by day action you only have two options:

1.- Subscribe to NASN (around 15 EUR per month). Normally they have at least one game per day.

2.- If you have broadband and a fast computer the best bet is to subscribe to MLBTV.com. With a payment of around 80 EUR you have the opportunity to choose almost every game you want to watch (they offer more than 1000 games per season). And I have to say that the quality of the streaming last season was outstanding. Much better than many TV channels in the Hotbird.
