Childhood Immunization Program
This unique initiative is funded by the Middlesex County Children's Health Commission. Through active outreach, children age 2 month through high school are identified for assessment of immunization status. Those found deficient are offered immunizations at no charge. Case management services ensure linkages to medical care in the community and reminds clients when immunizations are due. Immunization Clinics
A community based program providing imunizations to all children, including school-age children. The clinics are scheduled several times a year through school-age children. The Clinics are scheduled several times a year throughout the county. Immunizations are provided free of charge. Current immunization record must be presented.
The division also audits immunization records of community pre-schools, day care centers, and public and private schools to ensure compliance to state mandates. The audits are performed according to state quidelines.
