Íme egy Orbán-idézet valamely nyugati hírből. Aki nem érti az ne szóljon bele az EU-témába.
Orban noted that the date for joining kept receding.
"We find that since 1990 we are five years away from accession," he said.
"In 1990 we talked...that Hungary may become an EU member around 1995. In 1995 it turned out we may be an EU member around 2000....Now in 2000 it comes out that we may join in 2005."
Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic are usually considered the front-runners among a group of 12 countries engaged in negotiations for admission to the EU.
Virtually all the leading candidates have expressed frustration with the slow pace of the process.
During a meeting in the Czech Republic last month of the so-called Visegrad countries -- the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia -- Orban said of EU accession that "we are well trained and educated in disappointment".
He told the reporters, however, that sometimes his remarks had been misinterpreted.
