Twisted Sister Tribute

Twisted Sister will be the next '80s heavy metal band to be the subject of a tribute album. However, it seems that guitarist Jay Jay French, who is the manager/mentor for neo-metal kings Sevendust, seems to be pulling in some favors and getting some current metal chart toppers to make the rounds on this one. Included in the list of Twisted tributers are Sevendust, Anthrax, Slipknot, Kittie, Motorhead, Lit, and Type O Negative. Motorhead have already confirmed they will cover "Shoot 'Em Down," while the members of Twisted Sister will reunite for a cover of the AC/DC classic "Sin City." The only Twisted Reunion so far was one song for the soundtrack too singer Dee Snider's film debut Strangeland,/I>, which he wrote and starred in. Koch Records will issue the CD in the fall or early winter.
