I would like to share that, our system is not supporting digital bank as a payment mehod. Therefore, we request to use a bank account that is complying with the below criteria.

 

The supported bank/bank account must -

1. be a physical bank and the bank account must not belong to any credit union.

2. Be a checking account.

3. Have creditability and the direct debit limits. It also depends on the bank and the transaction patterns.

  • If you have a checking account from a well recognized physical bank, we request you to once get in touch with the bank customer support as well.
