There have been earlier attempts at translating the runic inscription of the Saka ruler, from Issik, which I found rather strange and pointless. Because lately I've been researching the migrations of the Magyar tribe into Central Asia, I returned to an early attempt of my own translation of this document and found it to be of value, perhaps appreciated by others.
