• Online IDE. Meaning you must be connected to the internet, the IDE is accessed through your browser. I don't find this to be a problem but it can be an added hassle for some. There are also the trust issues - what if the site goes down?
• Putting code on the MCU takes an extra step. On the Arduino you click a button and it's done. On the mbed, a binary file is downloaded after compiling that you then move to the mbed (it shows up as a drive, similar to a USB flash drive). The mbed will then load this code automatically on the next reset.

....bár az Arduino-nak meg vannak a maga korlátai, mégis talán kezdők számára alkalmasabbnak tűnik. Nem óriási a különbség, de azért mégis... Nyilván, akinek van gyakorlata mindkettőben, minden további nélkül választhatja az olcsóbbat, vagy az éppen elérhetőt (azt, ami a műhelyfiókban éppen van).
