Hi folks,

To tell you the truth I was really surprised when I learnt that there was a forum like this.I have been into the You rang mylord series for decades and I wouldn't have thought that there were crazier people than me.So  I lift my non existing hat.I got the films on video first and I did like the hungarian dub.Later I ordered the dvd from England hoping it would have subtitle and I was relieved that it did.THis film is simply a masterpiece. The acting is superb, the plot is briliant, the set is awesome.I always feel the smell of the Meldrum house when I watch it and my secret dream is to spend a week there with them.Of course I would go to the servants quarter and try Mrs.Lipton's cherry pie/not the pink blamanche sic. :-)/In case Constable Wilson would be willing to give me some. From time to time I take the box from my shelf and immerse in England in the nineteen-twenties.But unfortunately I don't know much about the bacground of the film.Would you be so kind as to tell some things about the making process, the actors and how it was received? Can this other series(Oh doctor..)be ordered too?Is it worth buying? Why am I writing English?I think it is obvious because this is the language that suits the best tv series ever.Tomi.
