Playing with Houston, Anna-Lena helped her team win 20-19 against Boston, she did lost 5-4 to Nicole Pratt in singles, but won both her doubles and mixed doubles matches!
Sorry I didn't write for such a long time but I have been pretty busy the week after Wimbledon! Wimbledon unfortunately was not so great this year either, but in Eastbourne I really improved my game on grass and I'm much more confident now! So this is a good thing! Doubles were a little better than the singles as I played quarters this year with Meghan! I really love to play with Meghan! We are going to play every time we are at the same tournaments! Well after I was out in wimbledon I flew back to Arizona because my foot was hurting! So I couldn't go to fed cup. So I had a week of massage and getting ready again for the team tennis and the upcoming tournaments! I'm really looking forward to those as I have good memories from last year! Anyway I hope to bring you good news over the next weeks! Now I'm excited to play team tennis for the first time. That should be fun! Talk to you soon...
