ez gondolom az Irish Mastersen volt. nemrég néztem, hogy nyert 9-3ra Ken Doherty ellen, de mégis Doherty lett a győztes. magyarázatként csak annyi volt, hogy diszkvalifikálták Ronniet, már akartam is kérdezni miért. :)
Jimmyt szerencsére gyorsan kiengedték, mert tegnap már játszott és nyert is a mostani Irish Mastersen. Hendry viszont kiesett, Mark King verte 5-4re.

Én semmi bajt nem látok abban, ha egy felőtt, biztos egzisztenciával biró ember a drogokhoz nyúl a szabadidejében, szorakozásként. A dopping már más tészta, azt gusztustalan, de szükségszerü velejárojának tartom az ÉLsportban, aki nem használ, az lemarad, ergo mindneki használ.
Egyik kedvenc spotágamban, a snookerben nem igazán lehet doppingolni, bár aki probált már bekokainozva játszani, az lehet, hogy másképp' vélekedik ;-)
Ronnie hosszu ideig drogozott es nem is olyan reg meg nyugtatot is szedett meccs elott. '98-ban igy veszitette el a Masters cimet (pozitiv lett a tesztje). errol egyebkent sokat beszelt a BBC-s interjujaban amit lattam. irt oneletrajzi konyvet is tavaly.
egyebkent most neztem hogy pl. Paul Huntert is elkaptak '97-ben.
ahogy egyre több ember, közte egyre több sportoló is. akik ilyen nagy nyomás alatt vannak állandóan, valahol meg is értem, hogy máshol keresnek segítséget ha gondjuk van. csak Jimmynél furcsa, hogy pont most mikor ez a szezonja olyan jól sikerült, csomó elődöntő, meg döntős is..
meg nem hiszem, hogy ő az egyetlen snookeres aki kipróbálta, csak nem volt szerencséje és elkapták. persze ha olyan szintem van jobb, hogy elkapták és talán le lehet szoktatni róla. mindenesetre hajrá Jimmy!!!
na ja elég szomorú, de azért még mindig jobb mint a dopping. snookerben azt viszonylag nehéz. :))
gratula Hendrynek! persze csak azért nyert mer Ronnie nem volt ott ;)) ja és elvileg erről a versenyről lesz összefoglaló a Sport1en (bár a müsorban nem látom sehol) érdeklődve várom..

All eight frames are played and every frame is worth Ł500 to the winner.
A win carries two points, a draw one point.

Jimmy White has not won a major title since 1992
Snooker player Jimmy White has been arrested at a Lancashire hotel on suspicion of possessing a class A drug.
Police were called to the Holiday Inn in Preston city centre in the early hours of Wednesday.
They had received reports that people were smoking a suspicious substance in the hotel bar.
Mr White's hotel room was raided and he was arrested after a white powder was recovered. He was questioned and released on bail until 21 April.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said the substance will now undergo forensic testing.
No one else was arrested in connection with the incident.
Mr White was unavailable for comment on Wednesday.
"Mr White has been released on bail in order for the substance to be tested," said the police spokesman.

A spokeswoman at the Holiday Inn at Ringway, Preston, refused to comment further on the arrest.
"We can confirm that an incident has taken place, but as it has been handed over to the police we do not wish to comment."
He was in Preston to play an exhibition match with Alex Higgins at the Guildhall.
Alan Baker, general manager at Preston's Guildhall, said around 1,000 people attended Tuesday night's match, which was part of a UK tour.
Mr White, who was beaten in the European Open Championships in Malta on 6 March, has not won a major title since 1992.
His first round match at this year's World Championships takes place on 19 and 20 April."
