At the San Siro this season Milan has managed three wins ((2-0 Vicenza, 1-0 Napoli and 4-1 Lecce), three draws (2-2 with Juventus, 3-3 with l'Atalanta and 2-2 with Inter) and a defeat (1-2 against Perugia).
Away from the Olimpico Roma have managed a staggering five wins (4-0 Lecce, 4-2 Brescia, 4-1Verona, 1-0 in the derby with Lazio and 2-0 away to Atalanta), one draw (0-0 at Perugia) and only one defeat (0-2 against Inter).
Against Inter Milan scored for their 42nd consecutive home match. The last time that the scores remained goalless was back on the 26th April 1998, 0-0 against Napoli. Since then the Rossoneri have managed 92 goals in 42 League matches at the San siro.

The last meeting
The match finished 2-2 at the San Siro on the 9th January 2000. Josč Mari, who had just made his move from Atletico, scored his first goal for Milan.
