Progress of Practice
Though the fundamental attitude in Adidam is always that of recognition of and response to Avatar Adi Da, the pattern of “ego” is relinquished or transcended in stages.
In His Teaching, Adi Da Samraj describes this progress with the terms: Listening, Hearing, Seeing, and the Perfect Practice. The use of the words “listening, hearing, and seeing” emphasizes that, just as these faculties of the body are natural processes, the entire progress of awakening occurs naturally, as a gift, in the context of the relationship with Adi Da Samraj.
Listening is the beginner’s practice of attention to Avatar Adi Da (and especially to His Word) and observation of the self-contraction.
Hearing occurs when the listening devotee understands the ego at a fundamental level, such that the mechanism of self-contraction can be recognized in any moment and felt beyond.
Seeing awakens when the hearing devotee is converted to a Spiritual reception of Adi Da’s Transmission and can be responsible to conduct and allow that Spirit to purify and transform the body and mind.
The Perfect Practice is the final course of practice in Adidam and begins when the seeing devotee awakens to the stable intuition of Consciousness Itself, beyond identification with body, mind, world, and any conditional thing. Finally, the Perfect Practice awakens to Divine Self-Realization.
Truly, in the only-by-Me Revealed and Given Way of Adidam, all of these (progressive) stages of the transcending of self-contraction (leading to the Native Realization of Consciousness Itself—spontaneously, or Always Already, and Divinely, Self-Recognizing whatever apparently arises) are Quickened (and, thus, most directly gone beyond) only by Means of My Avatarically Self-Transmitted Divine Grace, through the by-Me-Given Process of listening to Me, and hearing Me, and seeing Me.

az en perspektivam egeszen mas ,mert ebben az orszagban rengeteg a bevandorlo
es jonnek mindenhonnan a vilagbol keves iskolajuk van ,es persze nem az volt nekik a fontos megha eppen tanitottak nekik.De ez nem zarja ki,hogy az ittszuletettek is tudjak,de nagyreszuk tudja a foldrajzot eleg jol.
szerintem: helyes ítélőképességű/szabadon gondolkodó elme,
de miután túl könnyűnek látszik a fordítás...ezért nem könnyű,
megkülönböztető figyelem, jó ítélőképességű figyelem, ha a szótári jelentés felől nézzük

amit írtam...az viszont a 11-k volt

gondoltam... hogy itt lépcsőfokon meg kell pihenni:-)
jelenleg úgy gondolom, hogy egyszerre több szintet is lehet ugrani...hogy hogyan és miért arról nem tok beszélni...
a 4.-t 5.-t illetően nem tom itt miről van szó:-)
