Én is kb. hasonlóan gondolom, bár szerintem Susányi a korához képest nincs elég elől a junior ranglistán, szerintem neki már a felnőtt tornákon kellene indulni, mint Jani Rékának és Filipovszki Szandinak.
Babos Timiből szerintem lehet Top50-es játékos.

Gréta ma is az utolsó meccset fogja játszani, Fujiwara ellen. A selejtező döntőjében Wienerova vagy Klepacs jönne.

 

A főtábla sorsolása is megvan már, Melinda Kudryavtseva ellen kezd, jó lenne ha újra beindulna a szekér, a Sharapova-verő orosz idén még nem villogott

 

Kvalis ellenfelet Vinci, Koryttseva, Zakopalova és Bartoli kapott.

én csodálkoznék ha Susányin és Baboson kívül valamelyik is befutna a 16 éven felettiek között, persze még ők se biztos.

and AWFUL stuff from Venus.

Moving poorly + playing passively w/ the vast majority of her balls landing at or inside the service line at times + making a ton of UE whenever she tries to do anything w/ the ball other than hit it short. Serve was off and on and Venus really can not deal w/ moonballs well at all. She can't do anything w/ them and if she tries it's an error.

Arn fought hard and took her chances when she had them, but from what I saw just pushed the ball back and moonballed w/ some winners and nice passing shots here and there.

Venus was lucky cuz her balls were landing soooo short, any decent player would've been hitting winners past Venus but Arn was content to moonball all day. And this is the worst I've seen Venus move in a long time. I'm not sure if it's the clay or if she's just tired but she wasn't moving up to the ball well and just gave up some balls she normally could easily track down.

Venus irta:

"It was another late night tonight. I don't even know if Greta and I got on the court before 10 o'clock, it was maybe 9:30, or something really late! I lost serve in the first game, which wasn't a great start, but I got going pretty good the rest of the first set. Then in the second set, she changed her game plan completely and started lobbing. I haven't seen that game since the juniors! I wasn't prepared emotionally and mentally for it, especially emotionally. I made a lot of errors. She made a lot of good shots too, some crowd-pleasing shots, but I'm happy I was able to win in the end."
